Imani firmly believes everyone possesses the strength and potential to overcome life's challenges. She aims to walk alongside her clients, helping them discover their capacity and learn strategies to achieve their goals. She nurtures a safe space for personal growth and empowerment, fostering a sense of hope and possibility.


Imani has experience collaborating with individuals aged five and up, seeing couples, and exploring family relationships. She also has experience with mental health issues such as substance abuse, career development, depression, anxiety, stress, relational interactions, low self-esteem, identity crisis, and couple and familial relationships. 


In her free time, Imani enjoys spending quality time with her family and husband and listening to podcasts. She also enjoys exercising at her local gym and cheering on her gym mates. Imani's idea of time well spent is enjoying a quiet day at home, reading, reflecting, and relaxing with a fuzzy throw, creamy hot chai, and scented candles.


Student counselors cannot see clients independently or accept insurance.

Thrive charges clients a minimal administrative fee of $5-30 per hour to receive counseling from student counselors.
