Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) who works with adults. She is committed to providing an environment free of judgment to invite clients to be open and freely share their needs and concerns during the counseling process. She believes that counseling is a collaborative process between the client and counselor, and values openness, honesty, and respect.


Elizabeth tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the needs of her clients. She primarily uses Person Centered approaches, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness Based practices to serve her clients. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, military stressors, and life stressors.


Elizabeth obtained her Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Radford University. She is a dedicated Military spouse.
