Christy Rideout is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with 3 years experience in mental health.

When you make the decision to "do the work", you're making a crucial, yet rewarding step toward taking charge of your life, whatever that may look like for you. Taking this step takes great courage, and I am honored that I get to be the person to help you navigate through this journey.

Christy is passionate about helping those on this journey who have experienced trauma, abandonment, anxiety and depression. She believes that a healthy marriage comes a healthy family and a healthy community. She has a passion for helping individuals, couples and families navigate through the rough patches to build a strong unit together. Christy's favorite part about therapy is the moment that they see a glimmer of hope: That things can change and they can find joy again. She does this through offering a listening ear, guidance, and support to her client.

Christy has a Master's in Marriage & Family therapy from Liberty University. She uses various techniques such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), EMDR, EFT, and mindfulness practices.
